Shaped to shine

I'm always saying when doing makeup don't forget the brows because they frame our face. Lucky for you if you have thick bold eyebrows like Lily Collins, Jennifer Conelly, Camila Belle, etc. Yeahh, we can keep on dreaming ;)
Thick eyebrows give a youthful look and for you who are afraid for doing permanent or semi-permanent brow tattos, you can just shape and fill it with brow pencil or eyeshadow.
First, you have to know what face shape that you have.

First page : Oval, Round, Square, Long
Second page : Heart, Diamond, Pear

Don't forget the skin care steps (check out my last blog : Make up ready face) to cover blemishes and flaws.

It's perfect for daily makeup. So, find your face shape and create your own brows. Good luck!

Makeup Ready Face

Do you know how important applying skin care first before using makeup?  We dont want to look messed up after a few hours wearing make up. Good skin makes makeup looks natural and flawless ;) Oh yes, bye bye crack and oil.
My three "must do" are :
1. Using non alcoholic toner to clean up your face.
We don't want dirty face when applying makeup, right? Toner is a good choice for doing makeup in the middle of the crowd, like fashion show, photoshoot, etc. But at home, i prefer washing my face.
2. Serum.
Crack and oily face can happen because our face is lack of moisture. So our skin protect themself by producing oil instead. A serum packed with potent ingredients such as antioxidants, vitamins and plant extracts all formulated with smaller molecules so they better penetrate to deeper layer of skin.
3. Gel moisturizer
For extra dry face, you can add water based moisturizer on it. It can be used on oily, sensitive and dry face.

AFTER that routine, you can start doing makeup based. For me, my makeup based are :

Primer

Foundation
Try mixing on a plate to get the right colours

AND HERE WE ARE......

Ps : I didnt do eyes make up on her. Just trying to conceal natural flaws without appearing to have too much makeup on. Now she looks flawless!

Good luck !

Naturally Glowing Skin

A friend of mine once said :
Man : "She's pretty but when we both woke up the next day and she didn't put any makeup on, she looked different. Maybe that's her branded bags, and the skill off her makeup that make her beautiful".
Ewhhh okay stop. It's a nightmare for us ;)
I know we can always count on makeup, but, for unpredictable moment like that? We better be ready for it.
Glowing and clear skin is essential to stand out from a crowd. No one can deny that a flawless and radiant skin is an asset for a woman and even for a man. Here are some simple tips ;)

1. Grapes for brighten skin

Cut grapes into  two pieces, then rub it into your clean face. The acid substance is the natural exfoliator to scrape dead skin off face, that can naturally enlighten your skin.

2. Eye cream

Keep your eye cream in the refrigerator. Apply gently with your fingertips along the orbital bone, this way can smoothe your skin area and retain mioisture.

3. Face mask while showering

Yes. It's the best time. It can open up your pores, therefore allowing them to better absorb the mask. Try papaya homemade mask to brighten up your skin. Blender papaya until a soft smooth paste is formed. Add honey to the mix to smooth out and soften the skin. Honey can also help clear your skin of blemishes. You can add some lime juice to the mix to help you revitalize a dull complexion. Don't forget your neck and shoulders. But avoid eye area. Massage your face to increase circulation and to allow enzymes to penetrate the skin. Leave on for 15_20 minutes and rinse out with warm water.

4. Olive oil for dry hair

Olive oil works wonders on the hair and can leave it shiny, moisturized, and friezz-free. Heat up about half a cup of olive oil in the microwave, just be careful to not overheat the oil. Rub a little olive oil between the palms of your hands, and to then gently pull your fingers through the hair Leave for at least one hour before you wash your hair.

5. Salt for wavy hair looks

mix sea salt n water in a spray bottle, use it whenever you when the that naturally beachy look. Good luck!

Me with no makeup on going to bed ;p

Worry-Free Raccoon Eyes

Hi, everyone ;)
Beach/pool/backyard barbeque are always the best part of summer. We dont want to screw it up by looking like a raccoon, right? Instead of having to choose between no makeup, let me tell you my efortless beauty secret.
First, use this just on the top of your lashes. Even if you 're crying, this eyeliner won't  smudge off ;)

This curler gives the perfect curl, doesn't pinch, catches all of the lashes, and is comfortable and easy to use. It also lasts long!
This is the perfect waterproof mascara ever! I even suggested it to my friend, who  had tried many drug-store and high-end mascaras, but end up looking like raccoon, and when she was trying this one, no more raccon eyess! But for dramatic look, i prefer the other brand.
Use this on your lower lashes to brighten your eyes.

For the eyebrows, you can put on this cream, but just a little, to give more sexy looking brows. For more intense black eyebrows, add a little bit mascara on it. Try not touching ur eyebrow skin (you don't want to look like clown).

Last but not least, make sure you bring your SPF along with you, and wear your UV sunglasses to avoid sun exposure directly into your eyes that might become wrinkles. And now, we're ready heading for summers! ;)

Enjoy the season! ;)
